The participants having satisfaction with nursing as a major highly were shown higher satisfaction in clinical practice and self-efficacy. There was a negative correlation between clinical stress and satisfaction in clinical practice, between fatigue and self-efficacy, and a positive correlation between satisfaction in clinical practice and self-efficacy.
